3. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Tesla Inventory Europe offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features such as price alerts, favourites, market analytics, and more.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

Free trial: New users may receive a limited free trial of premium features. At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be revoked unless a paid subscription is activated.

No refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchases, or service interruptions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Creem billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle following notice.

5. Community Contributions

Vehicle data is contributed by community members who voluntarily run a browser extension (Tampermonkey userscript) while browsing Tesla's publicly available inventory pages. This extension reads only publicly visible inventory data from Tesla.com and submits it to our database.

Contributors access only publicly available information. No login credentials, personal data, or private Tesla account information is ever accessed or transmitted.

6. No Commercial Relationship

We do not sell, lease, or facilitate the purchase of any vehicles. We do not receive any commission, referral fee, or compensation from Tesla or any third party for displaying vehicle listings.

Links to Tesla.com are provided solely for the convenience of users who wish to view the official listing. Any transaction you make with Tesla is exclusively between you and Tesla, Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
