This website ("Tesla Inventory Europe", accessible at teslainventory.app) is an independent, community-driven project. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

All vehicle data displayed on this website is sourced from publicly available Tesla inventory listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information shown. Prices, availability, specifications, and vehicle conditions may change at any time without notice.

Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, and all related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Use of these names is for informational and identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

This platform is currently in beta and may contain errors or experience downtime. Features and data accuracy may vary.

2. Terms & Conditions

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to any paid service on this platform.

Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or automatically collect data from this website without written permission, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems, or to resell or redistribute any data or service provided by this platform.

Service availability: We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

3. Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Tesla Inventory Europe offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features such as price alerts, favourites, market analytics, and more.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.

Free trial: New users may receive a limited free trial of premium features. At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be revoked unless a paid subscription is activated.

No refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchases, or service interruptions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Creem billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle following notice.

4. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This section describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data controller: Tesla Inventory Europe, contactable at teslainventoryeurope@proton.me.

Data we collect:

Account information — When you register, we store your email address, a securely hashed password (never in plain text), and your display name. For Google sign-in users, we store the email and name provided by Google.

Subscription data — If you subscribe, our payment processor Creem stores your payment details. We only store a customer ID and subscription ID — we never see or store your card number or payment details.

Alerts and favourites — If you create price alerts or save favourites, we store these preferences linked to your account.

Session cookies — We use a single HTTP-only session cookie ("ti_session") containing a random token to keep you logged in. It expires after 30 days. No tracking cookies are used.

Browser storage — We use sessionStorage (browser-side only) to preserve your search filters during a session. This data never leaves your browser.

Data we do NOT collect: We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising tools. We do not collect browsing behaviour, IP addresses for profiling, or any data beyond what is described above. We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties.

Data storage: All data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure within the European Union.

Your rights (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from the Account page, which permanently removes all your data. For any data request, contact teslainventoryeurope@proton.me. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention: Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

5. Community Contributions

Vehicle data is contributed by community members who voluntarily run a browser extension (Tampermonkey userscript) while browsing Tesla's publicly available inventory pages. This extension reads only publicly visible inventory data from Tesla.com and submits it to our database.

Contributors access only publicly available information. No login credentials, personal data, or private Tesla account information is ever accessed or transmitted.

6. No Commercial Relationship

We do not sell, lease, or facilitate the purchase of any vehicles. We do not receive any commission, referral fee, or compensation from Tesla or any third party for displaying vehicle listings.

Links to Tesla.com are provided solely for the convenience of users who wish to view the official listing. Any transaction you make with Tesla is exclusively between you and Tesla, Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

The use or inability to use this website; any decisions made based on the information provided; inaccuracies or errors in vehicle data, pricing, or availability; any loss of data or interruption of service; any third-party actions, including those of our payment processor.

Users should always verify vehicle information directly on Tesla.com before making any purchase decision.

8. Intellectual Property

The source code and design of this website are the property of its creators. Vehicle data, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners.

Vehicle photos displayed on this site are sourced from Tesla's public inventory listings and are the property of Tesla, Inc.
