By accessing and using this website ("Tesla Inventory Europe", accessible at teslainventory.app), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. Service Description
Tesla Inventory Europe is an independent, community-driven platform that aggregates publicly available Tesla vehicle inventory data across European markets. We provide tools for browsing, filtering, tracking prices, and setting alerts on vehicle listings. We do NOT sell, lease, or facilitate the purchase of any vehicles.
3. Disclaimer & Affiliation
This website is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. All vehicle data is sourced from publicly available Tesla inventory listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information shown. Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, and all related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to any paid service on this platform.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; scrape or automatically collect data from this website without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems; resell or redistribute any data or service provided by this platform; interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Tesla Inventory Europe offers optional paid subscriptions ("PRO") that unlock premium features including price alerts, favourites, market analytics, vehicle scoring, and email/Telegram notifications. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf. Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by region.
8. Free Trial
New users may receive a limited free trial of premium features (currently 4 days). At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be revoked unless a paid subscription is activated. No payment information is required during the trial.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Creem billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial use, dissatisfaction, accidental purchases, or service interruptions.
10. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle following notice.
11. Service Availability
We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: the use or inability to use this website; any decisions made based on the information provided; inaccuracies in vehicle data, pricing, or availability; loss of data or interruption of service; any third-party actions. Users should always verify vehicle information directly on Tesla.com before making any purchase decision.
13. Intellectual Property
The source code and design of this website are the property of its creators. Vehicle data, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners. Vehicle photos are sourced from Tesla's public inventory listings and are the property of Tesla, Inc.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
